Laser Diode Modules Feature Ttl Modulation

Photonic Products has added TTL modulation options to its Photon PM and
Photon Plus PPM range of laser diode modules with wavelengths from 635 to
830nm and output powers from 0.9 to 32mW. The TTL modulation input
accepts signals from dc up to 100kHz and the operating voltage for
modules with TTL modulation is 4-12V. Photon laser modules are suitable
for applications in conditions of high ambient light, such as security
and barrier systems or industrial alignment and positioning.
